The chapter chair leads all meetings and coordinates CRP's goals, both for the far future and each semester.

Vice President

The vice president works with the chapter head to lead the CRP; keeping committees organized and cohesive in their plans and actions.

Research Committee

Co-Directors; Josie Nasekos and Gabriel Hernandez

The research committee works directly on the 100% Renewable Campaign. By partnering with MSU faculty and staff, students in the research committee are working on drafting a plan for MSU to transition our energy supply from fossil fuels to 100% renewable.

Campaign Committee

Director of Campaign: Tyler Griffis

The campaign committee is directly gathering student support for the 100% renewable and 100% climate education campaign. By partnering with other green organizations on campus, students in the campaign committee are developing strategies for a climate march and other mobilizing activities.

Education Committee

Director of Education: Akshita Singh

The Education Committee organizes educational sessions in which members in MSU CRP, along with the greater student body and the Starkville community, can learn about the social and economic impact of climate change, both in Mississippi and around the world.

Outreach Committee

Director of Outreach: Jaden Zinn

The outreach committee manages CRP's social media, writes blog posts on our website, creates our flyer designs, and works with the education and campaign committees to reach out to the community.
